Artificial intelligence (AI) integration at every stage of the technology stack is increasing human creativity, decreasing digital debt, and giving businesses significant productivity improvements.
Microsoft's AI solutions are being used by some of India's top companies across a variety of industries to boost productivity and improve client interactions. Myntra, the largest online clothes store in India, is employing generative AI to assist customers in making occasion-appropriate wardrobe decisions, hence resolving the issue of open-ended searches. Senior employees' learning is being improved globally by Genpact's AI Guru, a chatbot that runs on OpenAI's GPT-3.5 through Azure OpenAI Service. The goal of Cognizant's Innovation Assistant, a generative AI-powered tool based on Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, is to help teams tackling challenges across sectors come up with more creative and innovative solutions by assimilating enterprise knowledge. Using PowerApps, Arvind Ltd. digitalized the shop floor and the sampling process, greatly reducing human error in the manufacturing and sampling process. Utilizing Azure OpenAI, Air India's generative AI virtual assistant "Ask AI.g" improved customer experiences by answering inquiries in four languages and covering 1,300 different domains.
Ahmed Mazhari, President of Microsoft Asia, expressed his thoughts on the potential of AI and achieving scale at impact, saying, "We are in the midst of the biggest and most innovative developments that tech has experienced over several decades."
